Jérôme Dilouya

Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer

CEO of InterCloud, Jérôme is in charge of the company’s line operations and strategic decisions. A graduate of Polytechnique, he successively managed the marketing and sales team at Easynet France, a pan-European IP Network Provider, later worked as Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Co. and then held the position of Chief Infrastructure Officer at one of the leading Healthcare software development companies.

Amine Gharbaoui

Chief Operating Officer

COO of InterCloud, Amine oversees Engineering, Operations, and R&D activities. A Graduate engineer of Mines school and an AI MBA with almost 20 years of experience on software, telecoms, and operations, he successively managed the product, presales, R&D, operations, and a digital factory at IDEMIA, a security worldwide leader. He held several positions within product, architecture teams at Orange, Bouygues Telecoms. He is an active member of several security and cloud organizations, like the Cloud Native Foundation.

Myriam Buzy

Managing Director

Myriam oversees Finance, Legal, HR and Procurement activities at Intercloud. She studied engineering at AgroParisTech School and hold a certified public accountant and finance auditor diploma. She began her career as an engineer at the French Ministry of Agriculture, and subsequently spent eight years at Mazars delivering audit and consulting services. Myriam led finance teams within IoT & telecoms service companies, including a four-year tenure within Sigfox group as CFO.

Patrick Cason

Chief Sales Officer

Patrick leads the GTM team at InterCloud. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in sales and strategy across IoT, telecommunications and professional services across the EMEA market. Prior to joining InterCloud, Patrick held the positions of Managing Director, Southern Europe at UnaBiz and Managing Director at Sigfox France. He also held the role of Country Director for managed service provider Easynet Group, after beginning his career in several sales and marketing positions at Alcatel, Unisys and Vanco.

Daniel Kurgan
Chairman

Daniel Kurgan joins the InterCloud Board of Directors after more than 15 years with BICS, a subsidiary of the Proximus telecommunications group. He joined BICS in 2005 as Vice President of Commercial Operations and became CEO in March 2007, a position he held until 2021. Under his leadership, the company gained 25% global market share and became a world leader in connectivity, interoperability, and authentication services. Daniel led multiple M&A transactions including the JV agreements with Swisscom and MTN, and the transforming acquisition of TeleSign in 2017.

Hugues Lepic
Board member

Hugues Lepic is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and the Chair of the Investment Committee. Prior to founding Aleph, he spent 22 years at Goldman Sachs where he was the Head of the Merchant Banking Division in Europe. He spent most of his career building the Principal Investment Area and Merchant Banking franchises of Goldman Sachs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and established Goldman Sachs as one of the leading principal investors in Europe in private equity, credit, and infrastructure investing. Hugues holds an MSc from the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Maneesh Sharma
Board member

Maneesh Sharma is a Managing Director. Previously, Maneesh worked as an independent investment consultant on a number of private equity investments. Prior to that, he was at Lazard, where he completed a wide range of M&A and financing transactions. Maneesh holds a BSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Jean Bourcereau
Board member

Jean Bourcereau is a Managing Partner with Ventech and has been investing in the Mobile and Infrastructure sectors since 2000. He brings his expertise in this area as well as knowledge of these industries’ business models and key players to the team. Ventech is a leading Venture Capital firm investing in Europe and China with a focus on the Digital Economy.
